SpletAs others have noted, this site is 'dodgy'. Use the official TFL site instead. In a hurry, I went to their site and paid £17.50 (real ULEZ charge is 12.50). They pocketed the money from my card, but hadn't paid TFL a day later. I then discovered that my car is actually ULEZ-compliant!. They should have noted this initially.
